  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Remote Areas: 4–7 business days

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges may vary depending on location and ongoing promotions.
  • Any applicable shipping fee will be shown during checkout before order confirmation.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Elira.pk currently offers Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

Customers are requested to pay the full amount in cash at the time of delivery.

Our team may contact customers via phone or WhatsApp for order verification before dispatching the parcel.

Orders that cannot be verified may be delayed or cancelled.

If you receive a damaged parcel or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos for assistance.
